Gloria One is an authorized dealer of hardware and software products from leading technology manufacturers. Our products are guaranteed to be factory-sealed and shipped in original box with CDs and documentation as applicable, directly from the manufacturer or distribution warehouse, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping
We usually ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping & handling fees are fully disclosed on our website, and apply to all continental, USA addresses. Extra charge may apply for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico addresses (email sales for S&H ). We pride ourselves on our professional packaging and shipping. In-stock items usually ship within one business day of payment receipt. We do not ship on weekends. We can only ship to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes. We cannot ship some items to non-Canada, non-US addresses (Asia, Europe, etc.) at present. Please call us before placing an order if you'd like overseas shipping. Standard shipping does NOT include insurance - if you would like us to ship insured, please request this explicitly. We are not responsible for packages lost or misplaced by FedEx or UPS.

Returns
Gloria One offers a 15-day money-back guarantee if your item does not perform as advertised*. The guarantee applies to the item purchase price and any sales tax paid. If items are returned for any reason other than performance, a minimum 20% restocking fee may apply. Any shipping/handling fees paid is non-refundable, and buyer pays for return shipping. To qualify for refund, items must be returned in mint condition with all original packaging, components, CDs, manuals, cables, etc. For items with free shipping offers, our cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. All sales are final after 15 days and no returns are accepted after that period. All warranties stay in full effect.


*Note 1: Bizfon PBX systems are not returnable for any reason. This is due to strict manufacturer policies. Please discuss your application with a salesperson prior to purchase to ensure the system will fit your requirements.
*Note 2: VoIP system, phones, adapters, cards and other components are not returnable for any reason. We recognize that due to the newness of the technology, you may be purchasing these items hoping that they will work in your network or PBX environment. However Gloria One makes no representations, express or implied, with respect to the compatibility of a VoIP component with your system or environment, or its suitability for any particular purpose.
*Note 3: Other items not expressly listed above may also be subject to the no-returns policy. Please check with your salesperson prior to purchase.

In all cases, if an item is defective, you are entitled to warranty repair within the warranty period.

Defective Items
Please call us at 1-866-434-9057 or email Gloria One Support in case of defect. We will attempt to resolve your problem via phone or email. In case the item must be returned for repair, you MUST obtain an RMA # and return instructions from us before returning the item. No returns will be accepted without an RMA #. Buyer pays for return shipping. Units returned will be tested and if found defective, repair will be attempted. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be shipped. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at customer's expense. Units found to have been damaged by customer will be repaired at customer's expense with prior customer authorization. Extended care warranty is available for many items to cover shipping costs on items returned for repair.

Gloria ONE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS (EVEN IF Gloria One HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE LOSS OR DAMAGE), BY REASON OF ANY ACT OR OMISSION IN THE SALE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES EXISTING BY OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED AND NEGATED.
